Laura Kennedy Bonander

Laura Kennedy Bonander practices in the areas of trust and estate litigation and general business litigation. She has more than 20 years of legal experience, including six years as an assistant United States attorney in the civil division of the United States Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Georgia. After graduating from law school, Laura served as a law clerk for two years for United States District Judge John F. Nangle; and afterward practiced business litigation with Sutherland. She is proud of her ability to quickly get to the heart of the matter in complex and challenging cases. Her two most important values are honesty and efficiency.

Born in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., Laura trained to be a classical ballet dancer and pursued dance professionally for several years before going to college and law school. She enjoys spending time with her husband and son, running and traveling. She has been to Argentina, Bali, France, Sweden and many places in the Caribbean.
